Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what is and is not allowed when using LinckUp profiles, content, links, NFC/QR devices, and related services. It exists to protect our users, the integrity of the platform, and the wider community.

You must not publish, share, or link to content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law, including content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to deceive or steal credentials.
• Constitutes fraud, scams, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates the privacy of others, including sharing personal information without consent.
• Contains or promotes sexual exploitation, especially of minors.
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups.
• Is defamatory, misleading, or deliberately false in a way that causes harm.
• Spams or bulk-sends unsolicited messages, links, or outreach through LinckUp connections.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of LinckUp, other accounts, or internal systems.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access, extract, or interact with the service in unintended ways.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the platform, its servers, or its networks.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, authentication, or access controls.
• Use NFC or QR codes to redirect visitors to malicious, deceptive or harmful destinations.
• Impersonate another person, business, or brand in a misleading way.
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, limits, or restrictions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary code or data.

Reviews and user-generated content on LinckUp must reflect honest experience. You must not submit fake reviews, incentivised reviews without disclosure, or content that is purely promotional or advertising for unrelated products or services. Review moderation rules apply as described in our Terms of Service.

You must not use the LinckUp ordering system to place fraudulent orders, test payment systems with unauthorised transactions, or attempt to exploit pricing, inventory or delivery systems. Orders are fulfilled in good faith; misuse may result in account suspension.

LinckUp reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this policy. Actions may include:

• Removing or disabling access to violating content.
• Issuing warnings.
• Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement where required by law.

We aim to enforce this policy fairly and proportionately. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason for any action taken.

If you become aware of content or behaviour on LinckUp that you believe violates this policy, please report it by contacting linckup.nfc@gmail.com. We review reports promptly and take action where warranted.

If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact linckup.nfc@gmail.com to request a review. We will reconsider the decision and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of LinckUp after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
