By creating an account, ordering a product, leaving a review, or using any LinckUp profile, dashboard or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LinckUp provides NFC cards, counter stands and review stands, each linked to a customisable digital profile page ("Profile") that shares your contact details, links, menus, bookings and other content with anyone who taps or scans the device or its QR code. We also host public information about our products and a community review section about the LinckUp experience.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your Profile and for keeping your login details secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to create an account. One person may hold one active account.
Prices shown at checkout are the exact amount payable in NGN. Physical-product payments are processed through Paystack. An order is marked paid only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider. Orders for physical products are made to order; production and delivery timelines will be communicated after your order is placed. See our shipping policy for details.
You agree not to use LinckUp to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove a Profile that violates these terms.
Visitors may leave reviews of the LinckUp experience after verifying an email address or signing in. By submitting a review you confirm the content is your own honest opinion and that you have one active review per verified identity.
You can deactivate your account (hiding your public profile while keeping your data) or permanently delete it from your dashboard. Permanent deletion is final: your profile and personal data are removed, and you will need to create a new account to use LinckUp again. Minimal transactional records may be retained where required for accounting or consumer-protection purposes.
We aim to keep LinckUp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, LinckUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LinckUp after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
