By creating an account, ordering a product, or using any LinckUp profile or dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LinckUp provides NFC cards, counter stands and review stands, each linked to a customisable digital profile page ("Profile") that shares your contact details, links, menus, bookings and other content with anyone who taps or scans the device or its QR code.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your Profile and for keeping your login details secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to create an account.
Prices shown at checkout are the exact amount payable in NGN. Online payment is not active yet. Place your order and our team will contact you to complete payment. Orders for physical products are made to order; production and delivery timelines will be communicated after your order is placed.
You agree not to use LinckUp to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or remove a Profile that violates these terms.
We aim to keep LinckUp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, LinckUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LinckUp after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
