Simple habits that protect your profile and your customers.
Your LinckUp profile is public by design, but your account is not.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else. At least ten characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols.
- Verify your email. Password resets go there, so it needs to be an address you actually control.
- Log out on shared computers. Especially at a shop counter or a business centre.
- Deactivate lost devices immediately from Dashboard → My Devices.
- Nobody from LinckUp will ever ask for your password. If someone does, they are not from LinckUp.
If you think someone else has been in your account, change your password and then contact support.
