A plain-language explanation of what LinckUp does and why the card is only half of it.
LinckUp is two things working together.
The physical product is a card, counter stand or review stand with a small chip inside it. When a customer holds their phone near it, the phone opens a web page. There is a printed QR code as well, so phones without a chip reader can scan instead.
The smart profile is that web page. It carries your business name, your logo, a short description and a list of buttons — call, WhatsApp, menu, directions, reviews, whatever matters to you.
The important part is that the card does not contain your information. It only contains a pointer to your profile. That is why you can change your phone number or your menu link at any time and every card you have already given out will show the new details.
